Wrong items and artwork

I have sent the request for review as I have ordered a mix ladies and Men uniform. The order that came in are all men's; also I approved of the artwork being embroidered but I was not aware that they are printed. I did chat and they said I will get a response from the office with 3-4 days, and it is now a week.

Excellent customer service

I designed and ordered business cards, then found out the "free" QR code I'd generated with a third-party website wouldn't continue to work unless I paid for it (more fool me for not reading the fine print). Bannerbuzz responded ON A SUNDAY to my request to pause the order, confirmed it hadn't yet gone into production, waited for me to resubmit the design with a legitimately free QR code, and adjusted the image so it would be clear when printed. They didn't have to do any of this, but it's why I keep coming back to them for cards, bookmarks and banners. Affordable, quality AND excellent customer service.
