Shoved in a bag and sent like dirty washing

I have used Banner Buzz before, and this time was the exception. (I had been pleased prior, this time: I was not pleased). 1 table cloth was folded nicely. The other was in a ball, shoved into a bag, no care or consideration for the product I paid for or my brand. No care, not a good product. Also, the fabric and the finish are not good at all. I wish I had not purchased this.

the product quality itself was good but there were some issues

it came in the wrong size, and then the communication problems started taking forever between replies, with different requests and delayed communiation. Overall if you are willing to wait and are not in a rush they are good value for money but order with lots of spare time.

Got a band banner after years and years of nothing to let the crowd know who we are, especially when I forget to tell them. Gonna take pride of place above the drummer, was that impressed with the cost I ended up getting 3 different colour font and different sizes. The team at Banner Buzz was there at every step of the design, ordering, approval to print and shipping, I only ordered it for a Rock Band but if you are a business and want exposure through advertising, Banner Buzz has the team and products and do t forget prices to put your company in everyone's view
