Great product!
Exactly what I wanted and wonderful customer service to help me. Delivery took a couple days longer however that's on the courier not BannerBuzz. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I designed a double sided bookmark to support the launch of my book and the coming sequel. Designing it with the online software was easy and the delivered product was perfect. Fully met my expectations.
I am quite happy with my new bookmarks. The only reason I didn't rate it a full five stars was because there was about a dozen of the 250 bookmarks where the back ground colour did not come right to the edge of the book mark. There was a white line. Otherwise, I am happy with them.

Really thin pertaining to width and I could not get logo on them but the good thing is the production team advise me before printing that the logo image would not work and I really appreciated that. They have a really great team!

The bookmarks were wonderfully made!! Great quality! But what we appreciated the most was their excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted! And still managed to ship to us so incredibly fast! Highly recommend!!!
The bookmarks look terrific and were delivered within the time stated. The customer service reps were very helpful when I had difficulty opening the template (it worked better on explorer than google chrome). The downside is that 10% of the bookmarks had deep indentations in them which rendered them unusable. Trying to upload images and explain the problem has been challenging and still unresolved. Having said that, Ill use BannerBuzz again.
When I ordered I had a very tight deadline (memorial bookmarks for my mums funeral), however the delivery date when ordering said I would receive them in time. Within a couple of hours I was sent proofs to approve (although I didnt actually select this in checkout as I didnt have time for any delays). I approved the proofs immediately, and much to my horror the delivery date changed to the day of the funeral. I immediately called banner buzz, and the lady on the phone said she would see what she could do and call me back. She didnt call me back, however she did ensure they were printed and shipped super fast, which meant they arrived 2 days earlier than the new expected date. The product itself is great, and I would definitely order again. While stressful (due to time constraints and delivery date changes), my order was processed super fast, and the lady I spoke to was friendly and understanding. Thankyou Banner Buzz for ensuring we had all we needed to Make my mums farewell special, and give those who loved her a beautiful keepsake they can use for many years to come

The Brochures are of high quality and I am very satisfied with them. my only problem was I was promised delivery of the brochures by the 7th and did not receive them until the 10th., which meant that I did not have the brochures in time for my event.

I ordered 150 3x7 gift certificates and the print quality is amazing! They look very crisp and professional. My only issue is with the way they were shipped. The gift cards and the envelopes were wrapped in paper bundles and stuffed into a wide, short box and when I received them, all of the envelopes were damaged and a lot of my gift certificates had very minor damage on the corners. I had to buy all new envelopes on Amazon. But I ;m still VERY impressed with the quality of the gift cards.
The brochure was amazing. Economical, beautiful and a wonderful marketing tool. I love them and will order many more!
