Very responsive. Good quality product.
The team worked with me to ensure my frame was of a good quality and immediately sent a replacement when the first one was damaged in transit. Delivery time was also as per the website which was impressive given printing outside Australia.

Blown Up Picture Frame Was a Hit
We ordered a large poster-size picture frame. The shipping was a little delayed, but it arrived in time for our event and was exactly what was expected. Our families loved taking pictures with the frame. Thank you.

Good product, poor delivery.
The frame itself- fantastic. The delivery - slow. I bought the extra speedy delivery and it came via FedEx for week day delivery only. I bought on a Sunday night and saw that delivery should arrive for the next weekend (Friday), I needed it for the next Sunday for a large event. I paid for fast delivery (extra £10) which was a waste as it arrived the following Monday and was sat in a FedEx warehouse Friday to Monday. If this had been printed and sent from within the UK it may have made it in time. This was disappointing and ultimately I couldn’t use the product as the even was over before it arrived. I did contact the company but of course they couldn’t do anything as it was now with the delivery team. Pick a different service to deliver your items, it let you down.

Absolutely fantastic support from the team. They ensured my graphics were perfect before printing, going over and above regular customer service.

Arrived late
The selfie frame couldn’t be used for the intended use due to late arrival. It was so sad! I paid extra for urgent shipping. There was no order tracking information provided. I had to reach out to customer service to find out where my order was. The item itself looked good, if only it arrived on time. Now I’m stuck with a selfie frame that I can’t do anything with
