Great service on a table banner.
Very happy with the quality and the timely delivery. Even though it came from India, it arrived in a few days.

Great Product
A little slow with artwork/ design but overall this is a great product. Easy assembly and comes well packed in a carrying case.

We needed this urgently and
We needed this urgently and booked priority shipping. Fed ex estimated the date of delivery 4 days later, BUT it did arrive on time.
Wanting others to know we did receive on time and fed ex website must always put their delivery date further out just incase.
We would buy from here again. The quality was great. The price was fair. They also had great communication. Thank you

I may have been very lucky but I was guaranteed my order by a certain date and once it was in the country I was able to follow it up to get it on time.

Hardware won't fit the table
I purchased the 6'07 banner, but it won't fit my 6' folding table. I contacted customer support only be sent instructions for installing a bamboo table stand display. I then logged into my account to search for my own help and found the same bamboo table display shown in the help section for this product instead of the correct instruction. Lastly, I called customer support again for assistance only to be told they would have to escalate my issue.

paid for rush delivery and it still hasn't arrived 9 days after, and no reply from bannerbuzz
I paid for rush delivery to have my banner for an event. It was suppose to arrive 7 days ago. I emailed the bannerbuzz support 5 days ago and still haven't hear back. The event was 3 days ago. No banner.

Banner and table cloth for vender table
I am disappointed in the amount of time it took to ship my items which was not what was said in the final invoice. I had to contact the team to make sure I received it on the date that it was expected. And, the item was shipped from India which made it even more difficult to get to me in a faster manner.
I am not happy with the final color that was sent to me for the table cloth, it is not the color blue that was on the swatch provided when approved. And they did not offer to replace the table cloth with another one with the color I paid for.
The quality of the banner and table cloth are good and it seems well made.
Overall, I was stressed about receiving my items when requested and not happy with the final color product.

Very bad experience
Looking at the website URL I assumed this company was in Canada, however turns out their print locations are overseas. Their 24 to 48hrs turn around time is completely bogus. Also customer service team was not helpful at all and none of them knew what was happening to my order. I spoke to so many of them specially requested to expedite my order since I needed it for a trade show. But despite of the urgency of my order they completely took their own sweet time and did not delivery on time(still haven't received it). My table was left without a banner at the trade show. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Totally unprofessional!!

DON'T PROMISE WHAT YOU CAN'T DELIVER...
Ordered this item for delivery 14th December, in time for event 15th December. Delivery date was specifically confirmed by BannerBuzz team prior to placing order, after reference to Production. Item was actually shipped for delivery 16th December, which was not only completely useless to me, but also a clear deception at the time of ordering ...
