These pole brackets are solid

These pole brackets are solid and easy to install. I did buy other clamps at my hardware store since the ones in the box are very long, perfect for telephone poles.

Overall brackets were good construction, enough length to go around the poles, slightly costly. Suggest that any banners should be cable tied top and bottom, to avoid banner sliding along pole during strong winds.

Printing, shipping, and quality of

Printing, shipping, and quality of banner material is good but…I ordered pole banners. The poles are shorter than the banner causing them to sag where the pole ends. I’ve made multiple request for longer poles as I believe I was sent sizing for 2ft wide banners instead of the 3ft I ordered. No resolution or attempt to contact me has been made.

Bad Product!

Ordered custom made banner with the poles. The poles were twice longer that the banner. Th company did nothing to solve this problem. Also the quality of the banner is not good. It started to unglue before we even put it up!

Rip OFF

I was sold brackets that were only 24" tall for a 6' x 16' banner! I know I ordered it but it had come up as an EXTRA after I ordered the banner and thought it would match my purchase. It also came with metal straps with NO INSTRUCTIONS on how they were used. I got ripped off. I was made aware that the banner should have eyelets but not that the stands wouldn't work...

Wrong Size

If you order with a printed banner dont you think the size would be the same width!! Not happy have to get installed today and make my own brackets.
