Black Frame Snapped

We purchased 2 pinpoint flags - the graphics were wonderful and excited what we wanted! However, the black plastic rod/frame snapped in multiple places the very 1st time we used it. The other frame was fine. We are hoping we can get a replacement sent (I have photos if necessary).

Fantastic Banner

Extremely happy with my banner. The design is perfect, just as I submitted and the quality of the materials is great. Delivery was on time and I would definitely order more banners from Banner Buzz if needed. I'm glad I went with a pinpoint flag as it stands out more than the usual sail or teardrop shape.

Difficult fit

Quality of the fit is very tight - it was extremely difficult to zip up with the plastic rods done up, and I thought it was going to rip. It doesn’t fit over exactly as it should, and the top is constantly bending so it doesn’t sit flat.

Very happy with the quality and workmanship of this banner. Super easy to assemble [even without directions :) ].Swivels in the wind beautifully. Colours true to order. Your Indian manufacturing have done a wonderful job. Updates received on progress. Couldn't be happier!

dishonest , foreign, do not use

Dishonest business practices.Do not use this company. Delivery dates blatantly inaccurate. Express shipping is a joke. As though if a banner could be printed in Asia, and delivered to the US in 5 days as promised. This cost my business thousands in lost revenue as promised material did not arrive. I was forced to wholesale a large quantity of my product... all after charging a ridiculous express shipping fee. As I write this revue, it my order has not been delivered . Junk company . Going to check my Visa for unapproved charges now., and for months to come ... Zero trust . Hard pass.

Zipper failure

The print and images are nice and clear, material is quality and over all look is impressive. The side zipper is a major downfall. Zipper pops open under the pressure of the tent stakes. Highly frustrating when trying to set up.

Time wasters. Save your $ and buy local instead.

Save your $$ and order from a company that is actually based in and printing in your own country. Be very wary of using this company - especially given the travel/shipping issues right now. I ordered a flag and paid for it to be shipped via an express service - this was a $70 premium. I had no idea it would be made in India, shipped to China then to Singapore - where sat for days before eventually making its wau to New Zealand. Meanwhile Banner Buzz kept insisting it would be delivered on time - just to get rid of me. They then offered me a 50% refund (but only when I posted a review on an external site) but every time I ask for my refund they make excuses - I haven't received a refund and have wasted a lot of time talking to their clueless 'customer service'.

Material was too tight. Support poles snapped on the day we received the flag.

Upon receiving the flag, we tried to set it up immediately. There are no print instructions of any kind that come with this flag. After figuring out how the pieces fit together, we realized that the material was cut too tight to properly fit around the support poles. This resulted in a warped looking final product when we finally managed to force the flag zipper closed. When trying to take the flag apart, the support poles snapped under pressure, and thankfully didn't cause anyone serious injury. It took 2 people to set this flag up, and 2 people to take it apart (unsuccessfully). Overall, this would have been a great product if the material was cut to the right size. The print quality was fantastic, and the build quality seemed more than acceptable for the price, if not for what (I hope) was a defective unit.

Really Large

The quality of the flags is excellent, and they should work great for us! The only negative is they are about twice as large as I thought they were going to be. But I guess that ;s not a horrible thing to deal with.

Pinpoint Banner

Cool, but the printing isnt very bright and already looks sorta sunworn before we have even used it. Had to pop on a filter when taking pics as it looks washed out compared to a vinyl lettering.
