Hi, customer service is excellent.
Hi, customer service is excellent. When I was concerned that not all the pieces had arrived they quickly and politely informed me that they were coming in separate packages. Unfortunately one of the protected shields was 1.5" too short but I have no doubt they will correct that quickly. The shields themselves represent good value and were easy to put together.

Review on Hanging Sneeze Guard
The table top divider was excellent. The other product, sneeze guard, came without instructions. We finally figured it out. It also came with broken black ends at the bottom. We won't be able to attach it to the table we need it for. We believe it happened during shipping because the tube was damaged at the one end. We won't replace it because we need it right now. I don't know if the black bottom ends can be replaced or removed to replace them let us know. Thank you for your service.

Disappointed, would like to be contacted
I only received half of my order. The 3 sneeze shields we ordered were delivered on Monday, October 5 and they look good...however...the 3 stands which were also ordered and paid for never arrived. When I called I was told "it shows the order arrived" which technically is only half accurate since only half the order arrived. When I called they couldn't grasp that while the order was delivered only half the order was in the boxes that arrived...NO STANDS EVER ARRIVED (which were ordered and paid for) Susan Palmer spalmer@arthritisconsultants.com

We purchased 3 8'x8' hanging
We purchased 3 8'x8' hanging sneeze guards, and we're very disappointed. They arrived with severe wrinkles, and you can't see clearly through them. Nothing we've tried has made it better.

We paid extra for express
We paid extra for express shipping with a guaranteed arrival time but the screen was delivered several days later than guaranteed. I tried calling and emailing but could not get a response from the company.

Great, but not adjustable
It is not really adjustable. There are not any holes to raise the bottom portion of the screen. We are using this screen as a shield to put in front of speakers addressing a room, so it needed to be high. It worked well once we drilled holes in the stand to raise it up where we needed it to be. The base of the stand needs adjustable holes pre drilled.
