Good quality, perfect for what we needed
I'd left ordering our branded tablecloth to the last minute. I wasn't sure how to use the online process so I rang customer service. They went through everything I had to do bit by bit and with patience. The proofs came back really quickly which is just as well because I asked for amendments twice before I was happy with the final proof. From my initial phone call to approving the final proof took no more than 5 hours. We got our tablecloth on the very morning we needed it! My artwork isn't as clear as other advertising I had done but I think that's related to the quality of the logo I supplied. It still held it's own with the rest of our expo advertising. The tablecloth has reinforced pockets which are much more sturdy than plain stretch tablecloth I ordered just in case my branded one didn't arrive in time. A massive thumbs up for BannerBuzz!

Absolutely Awesome

The product itself is okay,
The product itself is okay, but the process for providing the artwork was ridiculous. We designed the artwork within Banner Buzz and they could not use it as it was poor quality. They had to redeisgn it so it was suitable for them to print from. What is the point of the internal design area in their website, if you cannot submit artwork for production from there? Once artwork was confirmed, turnaround to delivery was quick.
