Poor performance
Ordered a banner. Uploaded artwork. My artwork was chopped into 1/3 of the original size. Emailed left a message and it too 2 days for a response and a further 36 hours for the correct artwork to be used. Not a good first impression

Quality as always

Disappointing service
Ordered it 28th September paid extra for it to arrive 5th October for a show wasn't shipped till 4th October and it arrived 15th October after the show.

Problems with order
I am very unhappy with the service. This was my first time ordering with Banner Buzz. When I received my proof for approval, I had a few questions. I called and requested to speak with a designer. I was told someone would contact me, and two days later this never happened. I went ahead and approved my order hoping it would be correct. My second and most important issue is the fact that after paying for express shipping, I was told I would have my product in my hands by October 8th. I accepted this date and informed Banner Buzz that this order was for a client in California and I had a truck leaving for California on October 8th. This date changed and I did not receive my produce until October 13th. I had to spend an additional $1500 to overnight the signs to California in order to keep my customer happy, and make sure his signs were at the facility and able to be hung for the event that opens tomorrow. I would like to know how Banner Buzz intends to make this right. I have over 30 signs that i need to get produced in the next few months. After this experience, I am not sure i can trust your company to produce my future orders.

Thank you so much for f****ing up my booth design
I purchased hardware and artwork for Round Skytube Banners, they sent me the artwork but not the hardware. Turns out the hardware was OUT OF STOCK and they never sent me an email, they just made a note in my account on their platform like people would be checking that everyday. This was destined for 2 big Trade Shows, very important for my company after the pandemic. I can't do anything with the banners with no hardware and it will be so embarrassing showing up with no signs whatsoever since there is not enough time to have these delivered on time by another company. They are selling OUT OF STOCK items with no warning so if you need your stuff by a certain date just go somewhere else.

The product was suppose to
The product was suppose to arrive on friday and now its being delivered on Monday. While this isnt their fault its the shipping co they need to move away from the worst shipping company (fedex) so their customers a get reliable shipping

Worked perfectly
The banner worked perfectly for our show. We had to wait a while for the crew to get to our booth to hang it, so we put it together ourselves to save time. The print quality was fantastic.
