Poor Quality "Premium Floor Mats"
I purchased premium floor mats for my company, however when they arrived, they were Definity not premium floor mats. The quality was poor and the material was so slippery that we cannot actually use them for floor mats as we have already had a client slip.

Late Delivery, Poor Quality
After paying extra for priority shipping, my order arrived almost a week later than guaranteed and the quality of the mats is very poor. They consist of piece of felt stuck on a piece of rubber which is already lifting at the sides. Very thin, no weight so it blows away, no grip and no durability.

I Feel Scammed
Last week I received my "Premium Outdoor Floor Mat" for my business and I am completely disappointed and underwhelmed at the quality and durability of this so-called premium product. I am currently awaiting a response to the email I submitted last week to "feedback@bannerbuzz.com" voicing my complaint and requesting that I be sent a different style of mat (either a rubber scraper or a waterhog mat) that will actually hold up. My main concern was the durability against various weather related elements but I now recognize that the mat is not going to hold up very long with even basic foot traffic. I have used this at my business for less than 1 week and the mat is already showing significant signs of stress across the middle of the logo. I understand that there are different types of mats for different purposes. But, I am using this mat outdoors so it makes sense why I would expect the durability. I am hoping that this will be rectified through a full refund or an opportunity to swap for a legitimate product that will last longer than a few weeks.

Terrible quality would not give 1 star if I had a choice
Both my mats are terrible quality the indoor mat far worse than the outdoor mat. Looks like a dollar shop product. Had these mats done for a client of mine who owns a hair salon and due to the quality of them they cannot be used as they are a slip and trip hazard. Both mats will be thrown in the bin. Won’t refund me and only offering a 30% credit. Would never buy from BannerBuzz again will only deal with a genuine Australian company.
