Express shipping not so express

We paid for express shipping to get our banners on time for an event, being given an ETA on the Friday before the event. The order arrived on Tuesday morning... The banners colours didn't look like our colours and were darker than when reviewed for proof. Overall not satisfied with our purchase and will not be using Banner Buzz again

Broke after 2 uses - BannerBuzz offered 15% off...

We've utilized our sign twice and the X-stand is already broken. I sent a picture to BannerBuzz's customer service and submitted a ticket as they requested. Since it's been over 120 days, they offered a 15% discount which is pretty insulting considering there's a general code on the website for 25% off and the offers can't be combined. The ordering process was a pain but now that BannerBuzz won't take responsibility for a faulty product, I won't be making the same mistake of ordering from them again.

This is the second time

This is the second time I have ordered product. First was great, customer happy, second have not received yet. The only issue I have had with both orders is the proof process. Both times the art I sent, I've been a graphic designer for 20+ years, so I know my art was good. I received art proofs that didn't even come close to what I originally sent. Like art from the layout totally missing. But when I resend the original art again thru proofing process then, the reproof comes out correct. Not sure if this is an art dept issue or an original art file not getting to art dept correctly.

2 of the 3 banner stands broke

One of the stands was broken out of the box and another one's arm snapped off during assembly.

They were damaged in shipping,

They were damaged in shipping, and the company sent the wrong replacements parts. I won't have the correct ones for my trade show. The banner stands are essentially useless for the tradeshow.

Recently purchased Adjustable X Banner

did not come with instructions/diagrams on how to put up and I had to call and spend some time over phone for a support agent to send me a video link. Instructions should be sent once delivery is confirmed or purchase made. That will save everyone time

Misleading Advertising

I bought this adjustable stand for a banner that is 3 feet wide and 5 feet in height. The ad claims that “Height and width of the stand can be adjusted as per your requirement.� It also states that the stand can be �adjusted from 2.5 feet to 4 feet in Width and 5 feet to 6.5 feet in Height, implying that the width and height can be adjusted independently, which is not the case. It is impossible to adjust this stand to be 3 feet wide and 5 feet high from the base to the top. I had to do a work around to use the banner with the stand.

Frame is garbage. Banner was great.

No drama with the banner, in fact it's fantastic. Unfortunately, the banner is pretty much useless because the frame arms just snapped in half in the first month. The non-reinforced fiberglass poles are extremely weak.

Could've been better

I received my banner stand in a timely manner. I've ordered from this company before and I was pleased. When my Banner stand arrived, it was wrapped tightly and I couldn't wait to open it. A piece was broken off of the stand when I unwrapped it. Disappointed in this arrival.
