Second Times a Charm!
Although I had trouble with my first order, my second experience went great. I was able by chatting in line, to make the right changes and I’m very happy with the product I received. It was exactly what I imagined.

Dissatisfied!
I haven’t received my order and you are asking for a review!?!?! Are you serious? Maybe if you kept me up to date with when my order would be ready, completed and sent it I would have something positive to say. Instead, I’m left with disappointment and anger. PLEASE COMPLETE MY ORDER AND DELIVER IT ASAP!

The numbers ivpurschased are nice.
The numbers ivpurschased are nice. Good size, i was actually under the impression that they were a bit thicker and coukd stand on their own. I need to add some support behind so they stand alone. I can still use them, once I alter them.

Quality Control Needs Attention!
I ordered 3 Perspex letters , with urgency postage . Arrived 1 week late from Mumbai ? The stud fixings were bonded on crooked and in different places than the paid for paper template, making it useless. Stud holes were drilled square, making it hard to install level . When the “b” was fitted it cracked, due to the off square drilled stud . In summary, I will not use bannerbuzz again . They have now refunded my postage costs .

Coloured Lettering

Letters broken
I like to start on a positive comment. We really like our letters and they look great on our wall. Now the bad, we spent money on a template to set up on our wall and even after us sending the logo to you for review, the template did not match the logo and the bottom word "COMMISSION" was larger than the above words which should not have been the case. The templates should have been made to match as the logo we sent to you. That was not fair to us, feeling we were taken advantage of. Secondly we paid for the adhesive backing on the lettering's which did not stick to the wall well. We made sure we put good pressure on each letter but we had many fall off the wall and we had to go buy adhesive to have them stick permanently. Lastly the one letter was broken on shipping and one letter broke when it fell off the wall. To date you have not replied to us on if you are going to replace them nor have you offered a refund for the wrongly made template nor the amount we paid for the adhesive on the letters.
