Service has been disapointing!!
I have had a terrible experience. Ordered one, was charged and shipped two. Called right away to have order fixed however was on hold for hours, tried chat service and no response, emailed and email was returned. I want to return my product and can't. Honestly soooo disapointed with the lack of service.

Damaged product and poor customer service
I received my order but the product has defects. The travel bag has 2 holes, one seam undone and had dirt marks. And the canopy fabric has over 10 dark spot/stain marks. Not impressed, this is supposed to be a new product. If this company intends to sell to people used tents, perhaps mention that on the product page, as I thought I was buying a quality product in new condition. And that is far from what I received. I tried to call the company, but it went to voicemail, left a message, and was never called back. I chatted online with their help desk, and told me to raise a ticket for my issue and they said that I would get assistance for this ticket within 24-48h. It has been over 3 days now and they still have not reached out to me to help me resolve my issue.

Great Customer Service = Great Company I Want to Support
I didn’t end up using the bag because it didn’t come on time. BUT I’m still leaving a review because Banner Buzz had the best customer service I have ever experienced. They owned the mistake without any defensiveness and offered me a refund. I’m really pleased with this company. They are light years above Print Globe in quality, customer service and ease of ordering…all at half the price. I’m over the moon happy and will continue to tell everyone how great Banner Buzz is.

The bags are fine it
The bags are fine it was the delivery time that was my issue. I paid for priority delivery as it said it would arrive on or before a date. As I needed it for a certain date I paid the extra for it to arrive. It never did and trying to find out why became difficult. I managed to speak to someone but he was not very helpful and the language barrier made it very hard to communicate. I was under the impression they where an Australian company as their website says bannerbuzz.com.au This is not the case it is all out of India. I then got on to a live chat and after pleading my case and stating they cannot expect their customers to pay extra for priority if it is not going to turn up on time or at lest within a day or two. They eventually decided to refund half my delivery fee. The bags turned up a week after the original date I paid for which was not in time for when they where needed. I understand this was during COVID-19 so they should adjust their delivery times when asking extra payment for priority. I found it very misleading.

Great service and product
I recently ordered a tent from BannerBuzz. The ordering process was super simple and customer service always available to answer my questions. The quality of the material used for the tent is exceptional. I gave this review a 4 because one of our zippers is a bit warped and gave us trouble when first setting up the tent.
