Really, really happy!

I was pretty sceptical about the quality of the decals as they were so cheap, but fabulously surprised when they arrived at how great they look once stuck on the wall. The tool that was provided to press them on and removed air bubbles was perfect for the job and I couldnt believe how quickly they all went up on the wall.

Beyond happy with the customer

Beyond happy with the customer service and turnaround time for these stickers. They turned out better than I imagined. I wouldn’t have thought to cut around the edges of the longer stickers but when the proofs came through they were amazing! Couldn’t be happier with how they look!

Fine for the price but you get what you pay for

My design has been stretched so circles in my font are now ovals. Not sure if usable or not yet. Also they couldn't do the die cut all the way around my design so I've had to try and do it myself which is a bit of a pain. I think the quality of the vinyl is fine and the print is not too hi-res, but acceptable for my use. The ordering/proofing process was fine but not speedy (didn't pay extra for faster processing).

nightmare

bit of a nightmare. loooong periods on hold, automatic hang ups after >30min waiting. proofs that were not updated after changes requested, long delays getting updates made. illogical proof feedback process on website.

The stickers were correctly designed

The stickers were correctly designed and completed with the way the diecut was expected ... however I did not enjoy the fact I had to cut 102 stickers off the largest sheet of paper. Pure laziness of this company. It was Lazer cut, but multiple stickers remained on one large sheet. I paid just under $800 for a product and it was not sufficient enough with product execution. All of these stickers are curled because of the way it was shipped. Unsure if I'll purchase in the future.

Unfortunately my sticker that I ordered was delivered in an unsatisfactory state, had a defect on the print. Failed to be helpful with a resolution. I supplied photos of the defect and still wanted more photos when the defect was clear. 3 years of business with multiple different projects with you guys now I'll look for a new supplier as your happy to take peoples money, but not happy to keep them happy when YOU supply a defective product.

Been trading with banner buzz for some time now and never had a problem with their products they will help you to get it right have plenty of options and will forward suggestions and advice they also give you an opportunity to view the finished product before posting and if you're still not happy make changes many thanks :+1: and thumbs up everyone

Go somewhere else for wall decals

The decals would not still to a matte painted wall. The large decal rolled off the wall and then FIRMLY stuck to itself and could not be pulled apart. It took multiple back and forth with "customer service" over 10 days where they required photos, videos (!) and then said "oh, the wall isn't smooth" (it's totally smooth) "so we can redo it for you, if you want." No. I'm going to their competition and get it done right.

Poor customer service and damaged product from shop

Initially, they would not make the product correctly and would not allow me to make the design which I repeatedly said I want to do and then I wanted to cancel order, yet they refused it… would have been over a week quicker and saved them time and several attempts. When I received the product it had large hand prints embedded in the paint of the product. I emailed them and they asked for pictures. When I sent the pictures they ghosted me. Seems to be very poor customer service unfortunately. Product would have been nice if they didn’t ruin it.
