The hats are a gift to our friends who are having an adventure overseas on their Catamaran. The design team did an amazing job on their logo which is on the hats. Amazing, wonderful and so helpful, will be back for sure.

Turned out exactly how I wanted it, but it was shipped in a flat envelope and crushed the formed construction of the cap. Also Arrived late.
this was terrible. i ordered these and even did the design ON the banner buzz site, ordered and paid. then apparently the design didn't fit the minimum width of their embroidery. but it was their sizing and their font, not my fault. so it took me weeks and 7 phone calls with terrible false lies from the team at banner buzz that over and over again told me it was sorted. IT WASN'T. another 5 emails sent to me over the weeks kept asking me to resubmit my design, but why? it was banner buzz that stuffed up. well done banner buzz. they tried to say their design team wont accept the first design because the embroidery wasn't the minimum, IT WAS BANNER BUZZ SIZING........ i simply said over and over again, "so just make it the minimum then" but again they wanted ME to fix their own mistake. finally after all this, they just made it the minimum and i got the wrong colors of embroidery. crappy hats and wrong color. an absolute joke and worst experience ever, a company that cant sort anything out.
