Received Broken Product

I order a set of 4 A-Frames and received the shipments on time. However one of the triangular parts for one frame is broken. I am trying to have the part replaced because I still would like to use the frame as the other three work fine, but the customer service rep insists that I need to pay for shipping again to have the part replaced. This is not fair as I already paid for an unbroken part. This is a sad situation because I thought I found a good company to order signs from for the future but now I am uncertain I can trust them to be fair in situations like this. The prices were good, most of the products were fine, and their design services did a good job as well. So I gave them 3 stars, but not sure I will be ordering from them again if this issue isn’t solved fairly. I’ll update this review if something changes.

Not suitable for outdoor events and when I asked for a refund was denied because I let them know 4 days after receiving…

Not based in UK!

Ordered these well within the company's deadlines but they are still. At Stansted 10 days after the event. I realise some things are beyond their control but modify your timescales so customers are not disappointed and scrambling for alternative supplies at the last minute.

Pleased with Product

Overall we were very pleased with the product. Its exactly what was described in the product specs. We did need it rather quickly and it was promised to get here in 4weeks. They did give us the exact date that it was delivered...no surprises. The only down fall was that we had to wait on it for a month.

Customer Service was good, but not enough information around how it will print darker than the design presented, had we known this we would have lightened everything further
