Reasonable product.
Overall, I am happy with the product. The frame is not all that strong compared with others I have seen, but it will hopefully do yhe job. The frame design could probably do with a few manufacturers modifications. The printing on the material is good.

I selected this company as
I selected this company as it had a .co.uk domain name assuming the printing would be done at their studio in England. When I had to contact the company to query the delivery time, I was told that the parcel was currently on route from Mumbai, India. The product did arrive, but not in time for my client's event. I like to support local business and had I know the item was going to printed outside the country, and would then be late, I would not have ordered from them.

Very misleading advertising...advertises a banner stand at £126.00....looks great...terrific value...??? Er...no...because you then have to ADD THE BANNER!!?? which makes the ACTUAL price £259.00!!! Why would you order the banner stands WITHOUT the banner....like advertising a car with wheels as optional. Very poor and very misleading!

I love the quality of the S&R! Y'all The only thing is that I paid like $75 for faster shipping and the delivery person dropped it at the wrong address. Thank goodness they took a pic, because I had to get all Nancy Drew detective work and enlarge the picture to figure out where it had been delivered based on the surroundings and details in the pic in order to find the address, go there, and retrieve it myself. It was a huge headache. I got it eventually, but it was like I paid for the delivery person to drop it somewhere else and then for me to go on a scavenger hunt. Great product, Bad Delivery person.

Exceeded all expectations!
Everything was so easy and so professional. We are arranging an event and not one supplier comes anywhere near BannerBuzz on timing, quality and service. They really did make it so very easy and provided service and expertise they really didn't have to. I am so grateful!! Also the frame is a stronger structure than I could have imagined. Overall - beyond happy!! exceptional value for money!!
