Delayed, damaged, disappointed.
The items arrived a week after the promised delivery date in heavily damaged boxes. While the price is good, I don't feel like I can depend on overseas shipping (that's not disclosed until tracking is provided) and poor updates again in the future.

Great Backdrop
Ordered Pillowcase Backdrop for upcoming Home Show. Came in quickly and looked like exactly what I ordered online. The only issue is sometime during shipment the banner must have gotten wet, because upon opening the product box the backdrop was damp. After set up it dried out and looked great for our show.

Title is misleading!
I ordered a 10 ft x 8 ft Straight Pillow Case Media Wall - Step and Repeat Event Backdrops as per the title and I assumed that the option was for me to provide the artwork so your listing is misleading so I want my money back!

DID NOT ARRIVE!
I intentionally ordered from a CANADIAN company so my product would arrive quickly and I would not have any issues with border crossing. Turns out the banner shipped all the way from India. Our banner was supposed to arrive yesterday and it is stuck at a border crossing two provinces away. Our event begins tomorrow. We paid extra for express shipping so we would have the banner in time. Needless to say we will not be ordering from Banner Buzz again!!
